How long has your company been trading?

Bestlink International Pty Ltd Started from early 2002, we have been trading for nearly 10 years.


Do you sell direct to public?

No. Bestlink is an importer and wholesaler, we don’t sell direct to public. We supply stores, cabinetmakers, we also supply to trade, builders and developers through our commercial business partners.


Do you sell your products nation-wide?

Yes, our head office is locate in Melbourne. We also have sales branch/agencies in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide.


Where are your products made?

We source our products from Europe and Asia’s top suppliers, our manufacturers are based in Italy, Turkey, China and Taiwan.


Do your products comply to Australian standard?

Yes, we have Australian approval for every product if it is required an Australian approval, including AGA, SAA, Energy rating and WELS water rating.


What is the Warranty term on your products?

Due to our broad products range, we have different Warranty terms to cover different  products categories, please refer to our Products Warranty Card.  We offer 2 year Warranty on our cooking appliances and 5 year Warranty for our split air con system.


Where can I buy your products?

We supply different retail groups with different products. Our major retail partners include Good Guys, Harvey Norman, Retravision, Betta Electrical, Swan Plumbing, McCann Plumbing, Benton’s Plumbing, Burden’s Plumbing, Dahlsen's Hardware, Mitre 10, etc nation-wide.
